Firehouse Brewing Co. opened in 1991 in the heart of downtown Rapid City, and today we are proud to be the oldest operating brewery in the state of South Dakota. A fresh chapter in our company’s history began with the hiring of Mike Beebe as Head Brewer, overseeing an overhaul in operations from an old-school brewpub to a modern production brewery with top-level technical precision, quality, consistency and creativity. Under Beebe’s direction, Firehouse Brewing Co. offers an expansive and exciting lineup of masterfully crafted beers that stand with the very best.
We’re proud to offer Firehouse selections that are stocked, chilled, and ready for wherever the trail leads you! Imperial Rye Stout

Raise a pint of our robust Oktoberfest to celebrate the harvest season! This German-style amber lager delivers with massive character from its blend of Munich and Vienna malts, balanced with delicate citrus and herbal notes from German noble hops.

A gorgeous and deeply satisfying hoppy lager in the Czech tradition. Equal parts refreshing and creamy, it’s loaded with citrus, herbal and floral characteristics from a massive addition of noble hops.

Red Ale - Irish

Italian Pilsner
Citrus aromas explode thanks to aggressive hopping with Cashmere and Cascade, giving way to an ultra-smooth mid-palate and a mild bitter finish. Pils Bianco is bright, aromatic, and refreshing — a perfectly balanced Italian pilsner that brings together lively citrus, herbal undertones, and a crisp, clean close.
