Firehouse Brewing Co. opened in 1991 in the heart of downtown Rapid City, and today we are proud to be the oldest operating brewery in the state of South Dakota. A fresh chapter in our company’s history began with the hiring of Mike Beebe as Head Brewer, overseeing an overhaul in operations from an old-school brewpub to a modern production brewery with top-level technical precision, quality, consistency and creativity. Under Beebe’s direction, Firehouse Brewing Co. offers an expansive and exciting lineup of masterfully crafted beers that stand with the very best.
We’re proud to offer Firehouse selections that are stocked, chilled, and ready for wherever the trail leads you! Choose from The Watch, Firehouse Light, Fire Engine Red, Bell Tower Lager, and Smokejumper Stout, which are available in cans and ready to grab in singles or mix-your-own 4-packs. Sour Ale
Inspired by the scenery of the Black Hills and brewed with the fruit of prickly pear cactus and organic blue agave syrup, Prairie Twilight is loaded with clean, bright, tropical and floral notes balanced by crisp, tangy acidity for the perfect sophisticated-yet- crushable session sour.
