75th Motorcycle Rally

For more than seven decades, the Black Hills has been a mecca for motorcycle enthusiasts who, each year, come together as a community for one week in August.

The Rally began as a small weekend celebration including half-mile races, jumps, and board-wall crashes, needless to say it has grown significantly. Average Rally attendance is in the hundreds of thousands. Visit once and it becomes clear why it’s a mandatory destination for so many bikers. The 75th is expected to be the biggest yet.

In addition to the activities in Sturgis, most riders enjoy day-trips throughout the Black Hills and beyond – The Firehouse Brewing Company in Downtown Rapid City has always been a popular destination.
We will be updating this post throughout the week with Firehouse motorcycle festivities and photographs from the 75th Black Hills Rally.

Parking in Downtown Rapid City is free for all motorcycles Saturday, Aug. 1 to Saturday, Aug. 8. In addition to the free parking, designated motorcycle parking has been established view the map here
