This succulent 12 ounce certified Angus Beef is char-broild to your specification and arrives at your table with vegetables and your choice of side dish. Cajun seasoning is also available upon request.

BLACKENED CAJUN
A ten ounce Certified Angus Beef* sirloin blackened in a cast iron skillet with our own blend of Cajun spices. Smothered with fresh sauteed onions, peppers, and green onions. Served with vegetable of the day and choice of side.

CRACKED BLACK & JACK
A ten ounce Certified Angus Beef* sirloin marinated with Jack Daniel’s, garlic, and cracked peppercorns. Char-broiled and topped with a whiskey glaze. Served with vegetable of the day and choice of side.

BUFFALO & BLUE CHEESE SIRLOIN
Trying buffalo just got a whole lot easier. We take a ten ounce cut of buffalo sirloin and char-broil it to your liking. The steak is then topped with sauteed onions and melted blue cheese. Served with vegetable of the day and choice of potato.
