Six ounces of Certified Angus Beef cooked to your liking sit atop toasted
sour dough bread and garlic mashed potatoes. Then we smoother it with
rich brown mushroom gravy.

A five ounce chicken breast is grilled and served on a lightly toasted
bun. Lettuce, tomato, and pickle served on the side with your choice of
potato or coleslaw.

Rapid City's Best! This sandwich features thinly sliced corned beef, house-made
sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese stacked on pumpernickel rye bread. The bread
is then grilled, given a side of our Reuben sauce, and served with your
choice of side dish.

We lightly toast our sour dough bread, add some thinly sliced roast beef,
