We here at The Firehouse strive to brew the finest beer in the area. We use the freshest grains and hops available and use only the purest yeast strains. We feel that whether you are having dinner, enjoying a snack, or just stopping by for a quick cold one, you should enjoy the beer. We use time tested recipes, but are not afraid to follow a whim when the mood strikes. We appreciate any input, be it good or bad, to help us improve our beer. Please don’t tell the owners how much we enjoy making your beer for you because they still think it is a job and they might stop paying us.
